If you notice, Patient Zero takes Mots-C in the AM on Wednesday and again on Friday in the evening. Why in this protocol does it call for taking this particular peptide at two different times of the day? It’s the importance of synergy and optimal balance...

Mots-C/Different times of day:

This protocol calls for a MOTS-c split as a “metabolic driver” on the recovery day (Wednesday AM) and on the metabolic/GH day (Friday PM) so they get two different use-cases without overloading any one window.

Why Wednesday morning?

• Morning, fasted-ish timing lines up with how MOTS-c is usually used for metabolic signaling, insulin sensitivity, and daytime energy, rather than as a night-time peptide.

• Putting it on their Wednesday AM “Recovery + Metabolic Focus” day lets it work alongside SS-31 and the other AM stack to support mitochondria, glucose handling, and activity during the day, not while they are asleep.

Why Friday evening?

• Friday is their “Metabolic + GH Focus” day, so they parked MOTS-c in the PM block with HGH to concentrate metabolic/mito work plus GH-driven repair before their 2‑day weekend buffer.

• This keeps their two weekly MOTS-c doses spaced (about 2.5 days apart), while avoiding stacking MOTS-c on every AM, which could increase fatigue risk in their given history of dizziness/dehydration concerns.

Why not just both in the morning (or both at night)?

• If both were AM, their Wednesday and Friday mornings would be more “stim” heavy (Semax + SS-31 + MOTS-c twice a week), which can be too much on their CNS/mito axis at 60 years of age and lean body mass.

 

Splitting AM/PM smooths the load.

• If both were PM, you’d push more metabolic signaling into the same window as nightly HGH, which for some people worsens sleep or next-day fatigue; spacing one dose to AM keeps your circadian pattern more balanced.
